OMG. Seriously happening ya! Finally!!

Ok ok..all of the above that josh & zay were saying are a must! the funkiness & edginess of the eatery ambiance must be created. Music, f&b & designs must play great big roles.

Locations, i was thinking DU & Centrepoint. DU has crazy problematic parking spaces but that's a totally kewl place to open one becoz lotsa targeted youth & families are always hanging out there. As for centrepoint, parking spaces, no problem but must work on the publicity coz usually, thts where families go. But cntpoint has been polished good, no doubt.

I suggest great beverages like coffee & chocolate must be served just like the oz styles. hehe...food? gosh..im already thinking of smoke salmon served with multigrain bread! =)_ _ (*drool drool)

I think either Bangsar (the telawi area) or Damansara Uptown would be great location.

You guys should totally marry the food concept with your fashion motto - quick and chic! perhaps quick fix, like the Jamie Oliver kind. raw, australian. hmmm...

rates from RM20 to RM60 per plate is acceptable. of course, you dont price your Salad RM60 per plate =p, but sirloins, t-bones, yes.

to me, the Oh-yes-yes factor is GREAT MUSIC! I am addicted to runway music, so if that's what you'll be playing, i'll be there every weekend haha!

Haha, I can see it now! Quirky interior design with missmatched thrifted furniture, bean-bags next to Ipoh-esque wood+marble chairs.

Foood hmm, I think a mix of really well done family recipes as well as some "designed" ones ala Luxirare!

I love Ji's work, from her experimental food (her version of Eggs Benedict: http://www.luxirare.com/2009/04/birds-nest.html) to her latest, back-to-basics pasta simply cooked.
